Hi @BigLittleReid. Have you checked the RSSI on the Doorbell? If the RSSI is on the higher end, this can contribute to delays in motion detection and recording. If the RSSI looks good, then I'd suggest performing a quick reset on the Doorbell and setting it back up in the Ring App. To reset the Doorbell, hold the setup button down for at least 20 seconds. After that, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to get it reconnected to your wifi.
