By the time my ring app opens and loads the person at the door, the person has gone and I’m unable to speak to them.
My internet speed is very good by the way.
Any ideas?
Hey @Markdicky. What kind of Doorbell do you have? What is your RSSI for your device? In addition, have you heard about or tried the Rapid Ring app? This app is designed for Live View only to help load your Live View faster. Feel free to give that a try if you have not used it before to see if this helps too!
