Ring Video Doorbell
Delamination of lens protector and scratches
The clear plastic over the camera lens on my Ring doorbell delaminated. When trying to remove the loose bits that were causing the camera images to be distorted, it ended up getting scratched. Is this a common issue? And can anything be done to rectify it?

Hi @lordchoc. Ring.com does have not a spare part you can purchase to replace the Doorbells cover that goes over the lens. Ive also got the same problem, lens cover has delamination causing poor video quality. There is clearly a design or manufacturing issue. Please provide more feedback than just call a support line. Many thanks.

Same problem here! Would love to know a solution. Have tried cleaning the lens, but I thing the damage is too much. Is there a spare part I can order?
