I get an alert on my TV that someone has rung the bell. There is a slight delay whilst the Ring app opens, then another slight delay whilst the video feed connects, then a long delay while I put down the Roku remote and search for the Samsung remote , then I have to tap microphone icon to unmute (and another slight delay whilst the doorbell responds) before I can communicate with the person at my door.

Can I default the ring app to “unmute “ and just talk to the person at the door? I can dismiss the ring display on the Samsung by just pressing the Roku button.

Hi @River1955. There is no option to have the microphone automatically unmuted when you activate the Live View. You’re welcome to add this suggestion to our Feature Request board, which is what we use to gather and share new ideas with our teams here.
