Hi, my stepson passed away suddenly in January this year. He was 33 and lived with us. He had set up a ring spot light and camera on our sheds and it was connected to his account and a WiFi he had set up in the sheds. We can not reconfigure the spot light as it’s registered to his account. We didn’t have access to his phone but I am guessing his account login was — as this was his normal email address (we do have access to this email address but not his phone number). I have attached a photo of the rear of the camera. What can I do to get this camera on our account please? I can send a copy of his death certificate if required? Thanks Kate
