Dead door bell


Door bell not working. Replaced the battery but nothing. I’ve tried 3 different batteries and it’s totally dead. Please see picture for the white strips which is all I can see on the app.

Hi @user71780. First try a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page. This should only take a few moments. If that doesn’t clear up the lines in the video, then you can perform a full reset on your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new set up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Should that still not work, please get in touch with our support team for further assistance.
