is there a possibility to turn off the ‘internal speaker ring’ on the video doorbell 2nd gen?
I already tried setting it to the lowest setting in the App but it’s still very loud.
Hi there, @Reen! If you are trying to alter the volume for the button push alert sound that emits from the Doorbell itself, you are in the right place. The volume slider in the Ring app, as shown in your image example, should certainly lower and even silence this sound. In the image shared, it actually looks like this sound is indeed silenced, which means no sound should come from your Doorbell itself, other than two way vocal audio. If this change did not take effect on your Doorbell, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, and ensure there is not a vpn enabled. I hope this helps! 
It hasnt changed. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App (also tried deleting data and Cache… Nothing helped.)
