Customer support phone line keeps disconnecting me

Ring base station is not able to go into pairing mode. Pairing mode button does not enable pairing mode status and the reset button does not reset the device. The base station is currently stuck on the orange lightning bolt.

I am attempting to do factory reset, however, from all the comments that I am read I will be required to to call into customer service.

My issue is I am unable to reach customer service after I enter my generated validation code from the app. The bot informs me they will connect me to a representative but my line keeps getting disconnected shortly after. It is not a phone or network issue as I have tried on another device on a different service provider.

I would like to fix my ring base station but I’m unable to because I’m unable to reach anyone that is able to deal with the problem directly.

Hi @EESThx13. We have this Help Center article here that covers most troubleshooting concerns with the Ring Alarm Base Station. If you’ve attempted a factory reset on your Base Station, it is likely something went wrong. A factory reset should not be attempted without the assistance of a trained Ring Alarm support team member. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
