I ordered a new Ring 12 days ago, to go with the previous 5 I have. They haven’t even shipped it yet. 12 days to ship 1 item? Then, when I try to contact customer service, I get a run around. This company used to be very customer service friendly. Now, they don’t care.

With some of our newly released Ring Video Doorbells, such as the Ring Video Doorbell 4, they have specific dates that they are scheduled to ship. Depending on when and what you ordered, it might be a similar scenario. If you’ve contacted support, rest assured that this has been escalated to our Account Logistics team for special handling, as this is the specialty.
If has been more than 48 hours, I recommend following up with support to find out the latest information.
