Credit card charged twice

Hi there, I have active basic plan which I have renewed on March 18, 2021 (actually RING charged my credit card automatically) but I found that also on September 19, 2021, RING again charged my credit card for another 30€, for the same plan!
In a meantime I have exchanged my video doorbell for new version, but, at the same location, so, maybe this created the problem in your payment system.
Exchanging/merging accounts was done with a help of your web chat people.
Please, have a look into the case and advise how to deal with it.
