Is this product cheap or something? Button cracked and now the wifi doesn’t connect. Spent an hour a couple nights ago with tech support and got it connected only to have it go out again. Tried the same restarts and nothing tonight. Switch to another brand?
Hi @user25689. I’d be happy to offer some general troubleshooting tips or tricks that may help, but I would need more details. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging, on the back of the Doorbell, or on the Device Health page in the Ring app. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? You can find this on the Device Health page and it gives us some indication of how strong the wifi signal is.
As for any physical damage, cosmetic or otherwise, that would need to be handled by our support team. A member of support can review the damage to your device alongside the warranty to determine the best resolution regarding the damage.
