Countdown on keypad and Chime Pro

I’ve recently installed the system and while nothing in the settings shows the alarm is connected to the Chime, I find that the keypad and the Chime both speak at the same time (and out of sync) and it annoying. Is there a way to stop the Chime repeating this arming and disarming procedure. Happy for the Chime to notify me about my other cameras, just not the Alarm lady talking?

Hi @Paul888. The Chime and Chime Pro should only be playing alerts for any Doorbells or Security Cameras it’s connected to. If possible, can you record a video of this audio playing from your Chime or Chime Pro? Once you have the video recorded, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. I’d be happy to take a look. :slight_smile:

You are quite right and my mistake, it was the base station speaking which is located near the Chime. I’ve now turned the volume down - this post can be deleted!
