I followed all the directions and I have only 1 contact sensor that won’t connect. Everything else connected fine. Please help or I’ll return it!
Hey @BYamaz ! I would start with bring the Contact Sensor close to the Base Station. Try also to power cycle the Contact Sensor by removing the battery and reinserting it.
If this Sensor still fails setup at this point, the best next step would be to contact our support team, at 800-656-1918, as they can perform more in depth troubleshooting. I hope this helps!
I’m experiencing the same thing and went through reset options with chat tech. What’s the next step?
The app did not respond with a successful connection to the contact sensor during the Listening for Device session but once I backed out to the Connect your Devices screen the app with the correct Device code was added to the Base Station. Yay!!
