I received a defective cam. Somehow, two support codes were generated, and I received TWO replacement cams. My original email strings to Ring have gone dead, and I need to talk to someone about how to retrun the second replacement cam and the original defective cam. Emails to email@example.com just generate an auto reply with links to support that doesn’t provide me acces to the help that I need. How do I speak with a live Ring representative about my problem?
