Contact Ring Support

I received a defective cam. Somehow, two support codes were generated, and I received TWO replacement cams. My original email strings to Ring have gone dead, and I need to talk to someone about how to retrun the second replacement cam and the original defective cam. Emails to just generate an auto reply with links to support that doesn’t provide me acces to the help that I need. How do I speak with a live Ring representative about my problem?
