Hi @user55146. If your Doorbell is stuck flashing white and blue lights, try factory resetting it to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the set-up button for 20–25 seconds. If it goes back to normal, where it is no longer flashing lights, [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
