Doorbell constant ringing flashing blue circle and phone saying someone is at your door… did a hard reset, a reboot of both device and my phone and reconnected it to wifi and set it p as a new device but still doing it… how does warranty work as I purchased 27th November 2022
Hi @JCMAX. Are you receiving a frequent notification of someone ringing the Doorbell, or of motion being detected? If it’s a motion alert, I’d suggest reviewing your Motion Zones and other motion settings to reduce unwanted alerts.
If you’re receiving constant notifications of someone ringing the Doorbell, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t resolve this issue, please get in touch with our support team for further assistance.
