Hi @JCMAX. Are you receiving a frequent notification of someone ringing the Doorbell, or of motion being detected? If it's a motion alert, I'd suggest reviewing your [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022461232) and other motion settings to reduce unwanted alerts. If you're receiving constant notifications of someone ringing the Doorbell, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
