Connection problem

I have been unable to connect to the doorbell from the Ring app. it just keeps saying “Hmmm…something is wrong”. The phone is connected to the Ring network.

I’m having a similar problem. Everything shows to be good as far as connection in the app but I get no notifications and can not view live video. Reset the doorbell, app and internet.

After scanning the code and pressing the orange button on Ring Doorbell, the Ring application does not offer a window for entering the password to access the home WIFI network. What to do? Thanks

Try pressing the button while the circular light is flashing.

My sister previously had access to the ring as the owner. She know longer lives at the residence. How do I change ownership to me?

I think you have to remove the doorbell from her account
