Connection Problem_32923

I have setup my Ring doorbell 3. In my settings it says I’m connected however when i hit “Live” it says “Can’t Connect”. I’m not sure what to do. I’m within 2 feet of my router.
I could use some help.

Hi @dsealer. Check that the Doorbell is receiving a strong signal strength, as a weak or unstable signal can prevent the Live View from connecting. We also have several different troubleshooting steps for Live View here. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed as well. Lastly, you can try a full reset and fresh setup of your Doorbell. To reset it, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk your Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
