I have setup my Ring doorbell 3. In my settings it says I'm connected however when i hit "Live" it says "Can't Connect". I'm not sure what to do. I'm within 2 feet of my router. I could use some help. Thanks, Don.....

Hi @dsealer. Check that the Doorbell is receiving a strong [signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength), as a weak or unstable signal can prevent the Live View from connecting. We also have several different troubleshooting steps for Live View [here](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-live-view-not-working-or-connecting-ring-troubleshooting-tips/249). Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed as well. Lastly, you can try a full reset and fresh setup of your Doorbell. To reset it, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk your Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If this concern persists after trying all of the above, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
