I see that others have reported this problem…but I have had this problem for a couple of weeks now. When can I expect this to be resolved?
Hey @lululyon. Could you please provide more details on what connection issue you are having? Please feel free to include screenshots of any error messages you are getting as well!
When someone is at the front door, I’m told “couldn’t load your locations” and when I receive a ring notification I’m told I have a connection problem. Should I delete and them reload ring software?
@lululyon Whenever you get this error, it is normally due to the connection you phone has to the app. You can try removing the Ring app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app to see if this helps! In addition, if you are on wifi, try turning off wifi and then loading your Ring app, as this may help - or vice versa (if you were only using mobile data before).
