Cannot connect doorbell pro to my WiFi can anyone help

Hi there @Jie. What concerns are you running into with connecting your Doorbell Pro to wifi? Is it not powering on, or is the connection failing? If possible, please share a screenshot of what part of the setup you’re getting stuck at in the Ring App, so another neighbor or a member of our team can offer some helpful suggestions. :slight_smile:

Hi sorry it getting to the last part and then saying it has a problem connecting to wifi but connect to the ring app with no problem but gails on the WiFi connection

You can try the setup process with a different phone or tablet, and I’d also recommend double-checking the wifi password that’s being entered to ensure it is correct. If the wifi password is all good to go and setting it up on a different phone or tablet doesn’t do the trick, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
