I have had a Gen2 doorbell for the past few months. Initial set up was fine. Batty became low and has been charged however doorbell will not reconnect to WIFI. I have tried to reset it but it will not connect for set up. Any ideas please
Hi @Dearman. In addition to resetting your Doorbell, it will also help to reset your internet router. You can do this by just unplugging it for about 5 minutes, then plugging it back in. It is important to note that it can take 10-15 minutes for your wifi to restore. Once that is complete, you can reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. I hope this works for you!
