Connecting Ring Doorbell with new internet provider

New internet provider and I set my ring doorbell up and got it connected to new WiFi. Signal strength is good at the door bell with approx 80 mbps download and approx 10 mbps upload speed. Check device health it says signal strength is good and the device is in service, yet it will not detect motion, doorbell alerts or live view. Please help.

In the app you could try going to device health and change wifi network. And connect to the new provider/modem?

Also, try logging out of the app and back in.

Check network name matches your new internet SSID etc.
