Hi @Susanconklin. Are you setting your Ring Doorbell up for the first time, or did you get a new phone? If you got a new phone, you don’t need to set the Doorbell up again, you would only need to log into your Ring account on your new phone. If you are setting your Doorbell up for the first time, please feel free to share a screenshot of what part of the setup you’re stuck at so we have a better idea of what you’re seeing.
