Confusing message in ring.com

Clicking on the setting for my new doorbell shows this popup…

As you can see in the background (to the right) it says it is actually Online (and showing Live View is working fine) so why is this message popping up every time?

Hi @simmotech. Have you received this message when you use the Ring app on your mobile device, or if you navigate to the Settings on a different web browser? Which web browser are you currently using?
