I recently purchased a video doorbell and received an email offering a complimentary faceplate with shipping included. When I attempt to redeem the offer, I cannot finalise without paying for shipping.
I can’t find an easy way to contact support regarding this. Is there an email address or phone number? Note I am in Australia.
