Completely green video

Since yesterday my video is either completely green or 90% of it. I can still hear and speak, but I can only see green.

Thank you for the image example @AndresB! The best first step here will be to power cycle your RIng device. Depending on the device model and power features, this can be done by either removing the battery (if removable) and reinserting it, or detaching wires/ unplugging/ switching off power and reapplying it.

Please also check your wifi signal strength to ensure there is not any major wifi interference that might cause this video concern. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength.
