Color night vision doesn’t work!!! I follow all of the instruction & noting is working!?!
Sorry to hear about this @SilverHawk. When Color night vision is toggled on, it will allow for a brighter picture adjustment. Check out our help center article for information on how this feature improves night vision.
If you have this toggled on and the view is not adjusting as intended, please ensure the area is not too dark during night time hours. Feel free to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device if you feel like this setting is not initiating in the app. I hope this helps!
