Hi @user54931. What model Doorbell do you have? Is your Doorbell unresponsive, or does it go into set-up mode and not connect to your wifi? This information will help me look into what steps you should try.

I have a Ring Pro v2. On September 2nd it just stopped connecting to the wifi. I moved the modem to be 6ft from the doorbell, besides all of the other things Ring asks you to do when you become disconnected, plus I unplugged and unhooked the modem, let it sit for 30 minutes and plugged it back in. My wifi did not change, nothing changed for my network. I have a ring in my backyard that works perfect and for some screwed up reason, this one that is 1 1/2 years old STOPPED being connected to my network.
