Code P1-78, Pulsing White

Doorbell Pro went offline yesterday evening, have tried resetting, can not get into setup mode. I get the voice saying to follow app for setup, then it switches back to faint white. Can’t join Ring network for setup, stops spinning before it connects. Seems bricked, running a loop.

Hi @user43387. Try disconnecting the Ring Pro from power for about 10 minutes, then reconnecting it. This should allow enough time for the code to clear and allow for setup again. Let me know if this helps.
