Hi the clock on my indoor camera is 4 hours behind actual time. How can I adjust the clock on the app?
Hi @AOK! Is the clock you are referring to, the time stamp found on recordings or in your timeline view? If so, this is usually based on location and mobile device details. Please ensure your device is setup and assigned to your proper home address/ location, as well as the location settings on your mobile device are set for the desired region. Sometimes, removing and reinstalling the Ring app can also help.
If this concern persists, try performing a new setup on the device in question. Once complete, it should reflect accurate information. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
