Clips not recording and no Live View

Unable to answer Motion and Ring call. It always ends up in Blank or Reconnecting message. Most of the Motion clips Display as “unverified motion”. This started happening since 2 months. My WiFi router is just behind the ring wall with 150 mbps speeds.
