Hey everyone! I have a Cisa electric (magnetic) lock installed for my gate. Is Ring Doorbell compatible with this so I could unlock the Cisa lock remotely from the Ring app? THANKS!
Hi @zer0quatro. The Cisa electric lock isn’t compatible with the Ring Doorbell. If you’re interested in a smart lock that can be locked and unlocked from within the Ring App, the Schlage Encode Smart Wifi Deadbolt is compatible and you can read more about it here. There are also some smart locks that work with the Ring Alarm system and connect via Z-Wave. I hope this helps answer your question.
