*I have an old fashion chime connected to a push button doorbell My installer connected up a Ring 3 The ring works good but my chime is now a single “DONG” Is it possible to have Ring and my old fashion Chime.?
Hi @georgelawshe. You may need to adjust the settings in the Ring app. First, select the doorbell and tap the Device Settings menu, then General Settings. From there, you’ll be able to select your Chime Kit type. This should allow you to hear a full “Ding-Dong”.
