Chime has no blue light but chimes okay any ideas?
Hi @Thorneb. If your Chime is still functioning, but just the light has gone out, it may be just the light that has gone bad. If the Chime seems to be behaving differently, call our support team to investigate this. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
