One of my chimes has gone offline. Following the reconnection steps is not working; the device will not start flashing. I’ve tried several different outlets. Anything else I can try or do I need to replace it?
Trying different outlets was an excellent step, as there should be some lights showing on the Chime. Try resetting the Chime by holding its setup button for 20 seconds. Please also attempt a reconnection process in the Ring app, as if the lights are flashing, even if they are not.
