I have installed a pro power kit to set up my new doorbell but it just keeps ringing I have installed it as instructed. For my chime I had to use the alternate wires that were included.

In addition to installing your Pro Power Kit for your Ring Pro or Ring Pro 2, you’ll need to make sure that you have the correct chime kit type selected in the Ring app. You can find this by selecting the Doorbell > Device Settings > General Settings and select either digital or mechanical for your chime kit.
