Chime will not reconnect to new wifi

Installed a new TP-Link mesh wifi and cannot reconnect the chime. Tried the reconnect process in the app, but the ring logo never blinked after holding in the reset button for 5 secs. Even moved the location of the chime to a plug closer to the main unit with no success. it was working fine with the old wifi router.

Hey @RJSanClemente, have you tried reaching out to our support team here? If you are not seeing any sign of life on your Chime, it would be best to reach out to them if the reset is unsuccessful!
