Chime Pro Network issues

Having an issue with my wired ring doorbell.
I have the chime in the hallway about 6 Meters away from the front door. I set the app up and ring doorbell has a white spinning circle. It’s all connects up but then at the last hurdle it fails to connect. The app just sits there saying it’s still connecting. One light appears on the ring doorbell (right hand side) and that’s as far as it goes. The pro network has a very strong signal and the signal to the sky router is also strong.

Any ideas.

Have tried this about five times now.

Temporarily move the Chime Pro to the other side of the wall by the doorbell and then try.
