Chime issue with Ring Pro (2nd generation)

I bought a Ring Pro (2nd generation) recently (wired) and connected with our existing chime. Sometimes, the chime ringing without anyone having pressed the doorbell. The wiring is good, the doorbell works well. Someone would have any idea?

Hi @kcirtap. You can try rebooting your Pro from the Ring app to see if that helps. Also, try power cycling your Pro by turning it off for a minute and then back on.
