Hi, just installed doorbell 3 and a chime 2. Is there any way of setting the chime to alert only and not have Voice coming out of it when I talk to someone at the door. Thanks

Hi @LeeW808. Is the voice coming from the Doorbell? If so, you are referring to Smart Responses. You can disable this feature by following these steps:

  • Open the Ring app
  • Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner).
  • Select your Video Doorbell
  • Tap Smart Responses
  • Toggle off Quick Replies
