I was horrified when the person helping me (via chat line) tried to sell me an inappropriate and costly protection plan for my second device. It was a lot cheaper for me to get a second single device plan but they tried to tell me that the only option was for the more expensive multiple device plan. This is not good customer service. I’ve tried to contact the company to formally complain but I cannot see how to do this - no contact numbers or email address on their website. I wonder why??
