Charging and connecting to internet

My doorbell is not connected to our WiFi currently. I tried charging it and there was a solid blue circle light (no flashing). Then I took it off the charger and no light. I hit the orange button and nothing happens.

What could be the issue? I have searched multiple places but have not found a similar problem.

Hi @Chris88lauren89. I’m not sure which specific model Doorbell you have, but you can always try performing a reset on the device. To do this, simply press and hold the orange button for 20 seconds, then release. You should be able to put your Doorbell into Setup Mode after this is done.
