Changing batteries in the external siren

How can I change the batteries in the external alarm without setting off the siren?

    Can I safely change the batteries without the siren going off as some sort of tamper?

      Just about to do this, so I will go to the app, then: alarm-siren-audio settings-volume-silent. I’ll swap the batteries over and reset the siren to volume low afterwards. If there are any issues I’ll comment again

    Hi @user41908. Can you clarify what batteries you are changing out? Is this a Ring Quick Release Batteries or D batteries?
