I’m having trouble saving any settings I set with my shared users. Every time I make a code for them to use the alarm it keeps saying the changes could not be saved.
Hi there, @Jaf1995! When sharing or creating a PIN code for shared users or guest access, please ensure it is a 4 digit unique PIN. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device when attempting to save this settings. Here is our help center article about sharing access, for more tips on doing so. If possible, try completing this process on another mobile device as this can rule out many variables. I hope this helps!
