Changed WiFi router password, ring won’t connect

I changed my WiFi password and lost connection to my ring doorbell pro. I go into setup mode to reconnect and it keeps telling me I’ve entered a wrong password, but I never entered a password.

Hi @Brad21911. What I would suggest first is to reboot your internet router. Once your wifi has restored, open up the Ring app and go to- Menu > Devices > Ring Pro > Device Health > Change Wifi Network and then follow the on screen prompts. Once you get the pop up that reads, “In a previous setup, you connected to (XYZ Network)…”, select Cancel. This will direct you to a list of wifi networks. Select your wifi network and you will be able to enter in your new wifi password. Let us know if this worked for you!
