My ring doorbell is hard wired to house. I recently updated my router and modem. I have a new password for Wi-Fi. It wants a five digit code to scan that is on the back of the ring doorbell. I can’t obtain that, because my doorbell is hardwired to the house. How do I fix this

Hi @user33296. You should still be able to remove your Ring Doorbell from the wall to view the QR code on the back of the device. If you still have the original packaging, there will be a screwdriver included with the Doorbell that you can use. Another option is to change the wifi network name and password on your new network to the same name and password you had previously. In doing so, your Ring Doorbell should automatically reconnect since it is the same network name and password.
