Changed router

Updated my router now cannot connect. I have a ring 2 and router is 5g

My Ring 2 only supports 2.4 ghz band.

Have you tried that band ?

My router uses 2.4 and 5. I feel it should still connect

Kindly refer to the specifications for the Ring product you purchased.

Apparently there are Ring doorbells which support dual bands. However, the Ring 2 flavor does not appear to be one of them.
