Changed mobiles only get some notifacation

Hi i Have a plug in pro doorbell that was working perfectly on my mobile when i first installed it. I have now got a new mobile device and cannot get live view when on mobile signal and no notification if someone presses the doorbell.
Can anyone help ?

Hi there, @windowman! Your Ring devices and Ring app should work just as good with the new mobile device, however, there can always be differences by device being used. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled. As you mentioned the live view not working on cellular data, try a live view while your mobile device is connected to wifi only. I recommend also giving the Rapid Ring app a try. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
