Changed battery now won't reconnect

Hi @JohnDeVito. You won’t need to perform a new setup unless it is for troubleshooting purposes. Typically when you charge the battery, you’ll just need to insert the fully charged battery and then the Doorbell should reconnect to the wifi. If it doesn’t, that’s when you’d want to walk through a new setup to get it back up and running. I hope that helps! :slight_smile:

Was having the exact same problem, password correct each time, the only thing that sorted it was to hold the orange button down at the back of the ring door bell for 20 seconds and it has now resettled the doorbell
