I can see how to change the chime on the separate chime unit.

Where is the option to change the chime that the button plays outside when the button is pushed?

Not for the separate chime unit. The one integrated into the button.

Hi @user80191. As of right now, this cannot be changed. Others have suggested something similar in this Feature Request post. Feel free to vote and comment on it there.

wow, What a crappy product.

I see that “Ring” is premium in price only and is objectivly worse than lower priced competitors.

I’ll get a refund from Amazon.
